Quality Associate – Adelaide
We’re seeking a Quality Associate to join our team – an excellent opportunity for a mid-career professional ready to step into a broad, high-impact role. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will lead key quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and manage non-conformities to ensure strong compliance outcomes. The role requires demonstrated experience in clinical trial site or sponsor environments, with a strong focus on auditing (internal and external) and regulatory compliance. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you’ll help strengthen quality assurance practices while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) Officers – Adelaide
If you are interested in contributing secretariate support to human research ethics reviews and have experience in administration, secretariate support, and customer service, this maybe a good fit for you.
As a HREC Officer, you’ll be part of a team who is accountable for delivering high-quality administrative and governance support through accurate minute-taking and efficient meeting management and correspondence. You will coordinate and host monthly HREC meetings on Wednesday evenings, supporting the Committee chair and contributing reviewers.
